This policy explains how Amplifi Tech Ventures, LLC (“Amplifi,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with our website, amplifitechventures.com (the “Site”).
Information we collect
The Site may include contact links and diagnostic forms, including the Free Visibility Snapshot form. We collect information in these ways:
- Information you send us. If you email us (for example, at hello@amplifitechventures.com), we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include in your message.
- Information you submit through forms. If you request a Snapshot or use another form, we may collect your name, work email, website URL, and information needed to review the public website or business surface you submit.
- Public website signals. For Snapshot requests, we may review public website signals such as page metadata, sitemap availability, robots/indexing signals, structured data, security headers, and public performance data from service providers such as Google PageSpeed Insights.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how the Site is used. Through Google Analytics 4 we collect standard usage data such as pages viewed, referring website, approximate (city-level) location, and device and browser type, using cookies and similar technologies.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and communicate with you.
- To generate, route, and review Snapshot requests.
- To operate, understand, and improve the Site.
- To maintain the security and integrity of the Site.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure Site usage. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site, process Snapshot requests, send operational notices, and understand Site usage. These may include Netlify for hosting and serverless functions, Google for analytics and public performance checks, Airtable for operational records, and Resend or similar email providers for notifications. We may also share information where required by law or to protect our rights.
Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, operational, or recordkeeping reasons. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Do not submit sensitive information
The Site and Snapshot forms are intended for public business website review. Do not submit protected health information, patient data, financial account data, legal secrets, passwords, confidential client data, or other sensitive regulated information through the Site.
Your choices and rights
You may contact us at hello@amplifitechventures.com to ask about, correct, or delete information you have sent us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
